Chinese

其實這間公司真的需要一個會中文的員工.
但可惜, 因為某些原因我不想留在這公司. 不過, 這不是文章的重點.
重點是我今天“串” 老闆. (“串”=吐槽)
事發經過如下:


背景:
Cause my boss wannna employ someone who can speak Chinese and Spanish, that’s why he invites me and another local colleague who can speak Spanish to be interviewers.
In the interview, there were 4 people, me, my boss, my colleague and the interviewee.
When my colleague talks with the interviewee in Spanish, she can answer.
However, when I ask her “what s your name?” in Chinese. She doesn’t understand me. I ask her some other questions in Chinese as well, but she still doesn’t understand me.

Then, I speak in English, “Can you say something in Chinese, just whatever is okay”
And she just say, “你好嗎?” I answer “ 我很好”
And I ask her in both English and Chinese “ anything else/ 還有其他嗎?”
She answers, “No, … …. “

事發經過
Then, my boss who just sits next to me said : “ you are not speaking Chinese, she doesn’t understand you. Go out from this room.” “I am speaking.” I said.

Boss: “You are not. You don’t know Chinese. Go away.”
I: “I’ m speaking.”
Boss: “No, you are not. I know Chinese. You are not speaking in Chinese. Go away.”
I: “If you know Chinese, then why you ask me come to this room and interview this gal? Why don’t you do it by yourself?”
Boss: “I know my own Chinese. I talk with myself in mirror”
I: “You talk with mirror! Then, the mirror answers you in its Chinese, rite?”

對話完結. 跟這邊的香港朋友說整個事發經過. 她說 “You did a great job”
那大家認為呢?
我覺得我還沒有好好 “教訓”老闆.
另外, 我很討厭他常說 : “go away”
他對著巴西同事也是這麼說.
他是恃著自己是老闆還是恃著自己是當地人.
如果是後者的話, 那實在是太可憐了.

anyway, everyone knows he is not a good boss.
